Since 1999
Marianne Steneholm founded Maiti Homes after more than twenty years in the Marbella market. Through boom years and downturns, the agency has kept its focus on well-located homes at fair prices.

Since 1999 Marianne has focused on exclusive properties in Marbella. She leads the agency and works closely with international clients looking for a home or investment on the Costa del Sol.

Stefan moved to the Costa del Sol in 2016 and joined Marianne soon after. He works mainly with Nordic buyers looking for high-end homes in Nueva Andalucía and the New Golden Mile.

Gideon Loppacher
After studying in London and Marbella, Gideon made the coast his home in 2021. Coming from a Swiss real estate family, he helps clients navigate the local market with confidence.

Linus Rosengård
Linus moved to Marbella in 2021 after university and a long ice hockey career. He supports sales across Marbella and the wider Costa del Sol, splitting time between Stockholm and Spain.

Rachel Levitt-Sadraoui
Rachel grew up on the Costa del Sol after moving from the UK in 1999. Fluent in English and Spanish, she keeps day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Lillebror
Lillebror is a miniature dachshund from Granada and the office’s best-known greeter. He has already seen more properties than most dogs his age.

Giving back through Maiti Nepal
Maiti means “a woman’s childhood home” in Nepali. A share of Maiti Homes fees supports Maiti Nepal, which runs shelters and education for women and children affected by trafficking.
